EarthBalance® adheres to a strict Company Safety Plan for all projects. Project Managers and Crew Supervisors have been trained in safety basics including first aid and CPR. Daily tailgate meetings are conducted and recorded through the life of the project. All EarthBalance® activities for projects are monitored by Quality Assurance/Quality Control staff. Crew staff are well-trained, experienced, full-time employees of EarthBalance® and are fully covered by appropriate Worker’s Compensation Insurance. EarthBalance® also carries general liability (including commercial general and contractual liability), automobile liability, umbrella liability, professional liability, USL&H insurance, and Jones Act insurance.
